Thanksgiving Menu (Dairy, Gluten and Refined Sugar Free)

This week is our friends in the United States will be celebrating Thanksgiving.  In Canada, we have already celebrated ours back in October.  I do love planning menus so I thought I would share one I might use for the weekend.
